The Space:
The entrance leads into a lounge/dining room area furnished with sofas, English television, digital video player, coffee table, and dining room table with four chairs. From the lounge/dining room an archway leads into the kitchen. At the end of the kitchen is an external door that leads to the utility area and stairs access to a large roof terrace (solarium). The property benefits from having Air Conditioning.
The apartment is nicely spacious for 4 in the lounge/dining area. There are two sofas, dining table and 4 chairs.
Should you wish to cater for yourself? The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils, are all provided. You will also find a washing machine in the utility area and an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with vanity lights and mirror.
Master Bedroom / Second Bedroom
There is an archway which leads you from the lounge to the master bedroom and the apartments main bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and bedside tables. There is also a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Off the bedroom is the en-suite shower room with shower, sink and wc.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table . A built in wardrobe provides ample clothes storage.
The property has use of a communal swimming pool which is located behind the property along with the large communal garden.
Bed linen and towels will be provided.
There is a no smoking policy in this property and no pets, smoking is permitted outside.
The property is suitable for couples, families, golfers. Parking is available on the road outside of the property.

Within 10 minutes walk are numerous restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and childrens play areas. Punta Prima beach is just a 20 minutes walk. Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, and Campoamor beaches, and championship golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, there is a selection of commercial centers, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants, providing ample choice with many cuisines available. Punta Prima is a mere 5 minute walk away, Patio Andaluz is a Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. The Nautilus restaurant and the Punta Prima restaurants are both sea front restaurants with stunning views, serving Tapas or Spanish La Carte menus.
Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The promenade comes to life at night with a market selling various items, including leather goods and clothing. Just behind the market is the nightly fun fair which is open during the summer months.
Beaches
The nearest beach is Punta Prima beach a 15 minute walk; it is a pleasant sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months. The property is ideally located to reach several other beaches La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, slightly further afield is the famous La Manga strip.
Days Out
Go-Carting along the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda's for those requiring greater speed.
From Torrevieja harbor you can take a boat trip or day out.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there is also a smaller water park located approx 15 minutes away in Cuidad Quesada.
Golf
Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.
Shopping
Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is located 5 minutes drive away fro La Cinuelica. It is one of Europes largest shopping malls with 100's of shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley.
Las Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away, it's a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing / sport shops (Inc Zara & H&M), perfumeries, Game, hardware shops and many more. The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants.
Markets
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The 2 more local ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday and is a 5 minute drive, and Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area.
Getting Around:
There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at Punta Prima and we can also provide a taxi number. A car is not essential when staying at La Cinuelica, but if you wish to explore to surrounding area we do advise that you hire a car.
Alicante airport is approx 40 minutes drive and Murcia airport is approx 25 minutes drive.

- ¿El desayuno siempre está incluido?No, depende de la tarifa y del establecimiento si está organizado para ofrecerlo o no. Consulta bien antes de reservar qué está incluido y qué no y qué tipo de servicio se ofrece.
- ¿Puedo hacer pedidos especiales?Por supuesto, al reservar tendrás un campo donde podrás escribir directamente a la estructura y realizar tus peticiones. Estos serán evaluados por el hotel que le responderá directamente. En este proceso de toma de decisiones MeTour no es responsable.
- ¿Qué tipos de camas encontraré en la habitación que he reservado?El tipo de cama suele especificarse en la ficha de la habitación. Si tiene solicitudes o necesidades especiales, puede indicarlas en el momento de la reserva escribiéndolas en el campo "solicitudes especiales" que se reenviará directamente al hotel. En este proceso MeTour no se hace responsable.
- ¿Qué es Pagar en Preautorización Estructural y de Pago?Al reservar, algunos establecimientos ofrecen la posibilidad de pagar directamente en el establecimiento. En estos casos simplemente se te pedirá que introduzcas tu tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva, pero sin ningún cargo. El importe se retirará de su tarjeta de crédito únicamente en los casos previstos por las políticas y condiciones relativas a su reserva. En otros casos, cuando el Socio no adopte sistemas automáticos de disponibilidad y reserva, sino que confirme las reservas "manualmente", entonces se le pedirá que inserte su tarjeta de crédito (o débito) para garantizar la reserva, para luego ser cargada directamente en el mismo momento en que el Socio confirma la reserva (dentro de las 24-48 horas). En ese momento recibirá un correo electrónico con la confirmación de la reserva y el pago.
- ¿Cómo sé si mi tarjeta ha sido preautorizada?Consultando el saldo de tu tarjeta de crédito verás que tu saldo disponible se verá reducido temporalmente por el importe de tu reserva. En otros casos y dependiendo de la póliza de tu circuito de Tarjeta de Crédito, también podrás encontrar una entrada en el resumen mensual de movimientos de tarjetas: "operación pendiente". El bloqueo de la preautorización, dependiendo de la situación, se mantendrá de acuerdo a las políticas y términos y condiciones de la reserva.
- ¿Cómo puedo cancelar o modificar mi reserva?Fácil, entra en el área de clientes con tus credenciales y desde allí podrás modificar o cancelar tu reserva. Recuerda que el cambio de fechas o la cancelación con solicitud de devolución depende de la tarifa que hayas elegido al hacer la reserva.
- ¿Puedo transferir mi reserva a otra persona?Para esta solicitud, póngase en contacto directamente con la propiedad que puede tener una política específica al respecto o puede necesitar más datos sobre la persona a la que desea transferir la reserva.
