Welcome to Bagheera's Den! Everything in this apartment was designed with the luxury traveler in mind and was fully renovated and furnished in Winter 2019.
Due to the smart layout design of our spacious home, the apartment features 2 balconies facing both sides of the building as well as 2.5 bathrooms, offering guests both privacy and comfort during their stays.
IMPORTANT: Please note that "Bagheera’s Den" is in fact compiled out of 2 apt, located next to each other and separated by a private hallway, accessible only by guests.
• The main apartment has 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, ACs & private storage spaces, 1 large living room with a dining area & extendable couch, 1.5 bathrooms & 1 kitchen.
• The secondary apartment has 1 bedroom featuring a queen size bed + extendable couch, desk area & private AC unit, 1 bathroom & 1 kitchen.
Full privacy is guaranteed by a private hallway connecting the 2 apt, accessible via private code.
The Living Room & Dining Room include:
• Seating for your whole party on our heavenly sofa and comfy accent chairs
• Oversized sofa that easily seats 4… and it easily converts to a comfortable full bed
• 43 inch Flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO & high-speed WiFi internet access
• Dining table to enjoy a family meal with sweeping views of the Palace
• A patio to set outside for a smoke or just enjoy the view
The Kitchen includes:

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located just across Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during your stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms and conditions, and the house rules that should be followed while being at the property. You can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of the property.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
We may request a photo of a government issued ID for each guest listed on the reservation.
HOLT’s professional cleaning service follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance with the help of CDC’s guidelines and our in-house experts. The cleaning service is also available for mid-stay cleanings.
This is a pet-friendly property. Prior to arrival, we will collect a 50 Eur sanitation fee and a 200 Eur security deposit which is refundable after your check out when our cleaning staff confirms everything is ok. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our cleaning team may be subject to a fee.

La colazione è sempre compresa?No, dipende dalla tariffa e dalla struttura se è organizzata per offrirla oppure no. Verifica bene prima di prenotare cosa è compreso e cosa no e che tipo di servizio viene offerto.

Posso fare richieste speciali?Certo, all’atto della prenotazione avrai un campo dove poter scrivere direttamente alla struttura e fare le tue richieste. Queste saranno valutate dall’Hotel che ti risponderà direttamente. In questo processo decisionale MeTour non è responsabile.

Che tipi di letti troverò nella stanza da me prenotata?La tipologia di letto è solitamente specificata nella scheda della stanza. - Cosa è Paga in Struttural e Pre-Autorizzazione Pagamento?
Quando prenoti, alcune strutture offrono la possibilità di pagare direttamente in Struttura. In questi casi ti verrà richiesto semplicemente di inserire la tua carta di credito (o di debito) a garanzia della prenotazione, ma senza nessun addebito. La somma verrà prelevata dalla tua carta di credito solo nei casi previsti dalle policy e condizioni relative alla tua prenotazione. In altri casi, quando il Partner non adotta sistemi automatici di disponibilità e prenotazione, ma confermano le prenotazioni "manualmente", allora ti verrà richiesto di inserire la tua carta di credito (o di debito) a garanzia della prenotazione, per poi essere direttamente addebitato nel momento stesso in cui il Partner confermerà la prenotazione (entro le 24-48 ore). A quel momento riceverai una mail con la conferma di prenotazione e l'avvenuto pagamento.

Come faccio a sapere se la mia carta è stata pre-autorizzata?Consultando il saldo della tua carta di credito vedrail che il tuo saldo disponibile risulterà momentaneamente ridotto dell’ importo della tua prenotazione. Potresti, in altri casi e a secondo della politica del circuito della tua Carta di Credito, anche trovare nel repiologo mensile dei movimenti della carta una voce: “operazione in sospeso”. Il blocco della pre autorizzazaione, a secondo delle situazioni, sarà mantenuto secondo le policy ed i termini e condizioni di quanto prenotato.
