Los huéspedes colombianos o extranjeros residentes en el país han de abonar el IVA del 19 % directamente en el hotel. De acuerdo con la Ley Colombiana, solo están exentos de pagar los turistas que tengan Permiso de Ingreso y Permanencia: Permiso de Turismo categoría PT (antes PIP-3, o PIP-5, o PIP-6, o PIP-10); o visa tipo V=Visitante (antes Visa TP-11 o TP-12) o visa tipo M=Migrante: (antes TP -7) o visa tipo R=Residente. En el momento del check in en el Hotel habrá que mostrar el sello o visado correspondiente.

• El servicio de recogida al aeropuerto debe ser solicitado vía correo electrónico, WhatsApp o vía telefónica con 24 horas de anticipación con un costo de de $ 65.000 o $ 25 (De 1 a 3 pasajeros).
• Tenga en cuenta que, debido a la nueva normativa, los aforos de los espacios se encuentran limitados y algunos de los servicios pueden presentar cambios en los horarios.
• La tarifa reservada aplica para las fechas de estancia, tipo de habitación/noche y según el numero de pasajeros confirmados durante el proceso de reservación. Cambios en tipo de habitación, numero de noches o pasajeros adicionales podrán generar variación en los importes confirmados en este documento.
• Cancelación o modificación debe ser recibido por el hotel 72 horas antes de la fecha de llegada para evitar cargos de penalidad de la primera noche.
• Hasta un (1) menor de 4 años gratis, compartiendo habitación con sus padres en cama disponible o cuna. En caso de requerir una cama adicional esta será gratis si el espacio de la habitación lo permite y la solicitud deberá realizarse 24 horas antes de la llegada.
• Horario Check In 15:00. Horario Check out a las 12:00 mediodía.
• Early Check in y Late Check out están sujetos a disponibilidad y cargos adicionales pueden aplicar.
• Tarifa en $ será convertida a pesos colombianos en el momento de efectuarse el pago, con base en la tasa de cambio diaria y está sujeta a las fluctuaciones de la tasa diaria sin previo aviso.
• El ingreso de personas no identificadas durante el proceso de check in online o notificadas en el momento de validación del registro en el Front Desk, se encuentra totalmente prohibido para su seguridad y la de nuestros huéspedes.
• El proceso de limpieza de la habitación del huésped se realiza diariamente durante su estancia, el huésped podrá disponer o modificar la frecuencia de este proceso, notificándolo a la recepción del hotel durante su validación de registro al ingreso.

Atendiendo el decreto No 1408 del 3 de noviembre del 2021 del Ministerio del interior, a partir del 16 de noviembre de 2021, se exigirá como requisito a todas las personas mayores de 18 años el carné de vacunación o certificado digital con el esquema completo de vacunacion para el ingreso a los servicios del Restaurante Harry's Cartagena, Plaza Santa Teresa Restaurante y así mismo la asistencia a todos los eventos que se desarrollen en las instalaciones del hotel. En caso de no contar con el carnet de vacunación con el esquema completo, podrá cancelar las reserva hasta 5 días después de realizada la reserva sin penalidad. Por disposición de la Ley 1335 de 2009, el hotel Charleston Santa Teresa es un espacio libre de humo de tabaco, incumplir esta ley acarrea el cobro de una penalidad de $ $500 o $ $1.500.000 que serán cargados a la cuenta del huésped.
