The Tides on Miami Hollywood

Our Condo is a beachfront property situated in Hollywood, 100 m from North City Beach Park and 600 m from South City Beach Park.
The air-conditioned accommodation is 100 m from Hollywood Beach, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi.
Our apartments has 1 or 2 bedrooms (please check), a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and bathrooms with a shower.

Anne Kolb Nature Center is 6 km from the apartment, while City of Dania Beach Marina is 8 km from the property. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 17 km from each apartment.

Additional expenses at destination:
Resort Fee: USD 30 for 2 adults, charged once only upon check-in. (charged per stay, not per day)
Parking: USD 75 per week. Also leave USD 20 as a deposit for the device that opens the barrier. At the end of the stay you return the device and the deposit will be refunded.
Guest exceeding the published limit: USD 100 each charged by the Condo.
Keep in mind that as a new regulation on the building all guests must wear a mask. Its mandatory for use at Condo´s common areas and also when moving your luggage through the lobby. If not, it could be penalties at guest charge. - Minimum penalty charge usd100 -

A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
