Rate does NOT include: 18% VAT. This tax only applies to Peruvian, foreigners that stay in Peru for more than 60 days or for guests that request an invoice under a company name.

To avoid an additional charge of the 18% , foreigners or Peruvians that are residents in other country, must show, at check in, their ID or original passport and the visa that certifies their residence abroad (this last one only for Peruvians living outside Peru). In addition, our front desk team will verify the TAM ´s (Andean Migration Card) entry date to Peru on the Immigration´s website. In case the room is shared by an exempt guest and a non-exempt one the 18% VAT will be apply to the lodging.

Cancelation policy: You may cancel your reservation until 48 hours before arrival to avoid penalty. Otherwise, the total amount of the first night including 18% VAT, will be charge as penalty.

No show policy: In case of no show on the confirmed date, the penalty will be equal to one night's accommodation including general sales tax (18% VAT). If we don´t receive any communication, on your part, until the check-in time of the following day, the hotel will open this room for sale.

During your stay, If you want to modify or reduce your reservation, there will be a penalty equal to the 50% of the total lodging amount of the reduce dates.
