The Space:

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.

The Neighborhood:
The property sits directly across from La Fabrica La Aurora, one of the major attractions of San Miguel de Allende, the Cultural Center of Art and Design. Located in Colonia Guadalupe, you feel as if you were in a youthful, indomitable, free art center that explodes and overflows with motivation and all thanks to an initiative taken up by Graffiti World. Vibrant, surrounded by street murals, shops and cafes, this area is almost its own world within San Miguel. Yet you remain an easy short walk to the center and the famous Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel.

San Miguel de Allende is one of the most attractive and charming cities in Mexico, well-known for its culture, and vibrant art. San Miguel's stunning architecture, colorful streets, and its enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to visit more than once!

Getting Around:
Most importantly, everything in the center of the city is walkable in 20 minutes from Puente Viejo. But you also have a dedicated parking spot next to the home. And finally, there are taxis and Ubers available in the city available at less than $4 a ride.

Other Things to Note:
All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during your stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms and conditions, and the house rules that should be followed while being at the property. You can find the full rental agreement in the last photo of the property.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

We may request a photo of a government issued ID for each guest listed on the reservation.

HOLT’s professional cleaning service follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance with the help of CDC’s guidelines and our in-house experts. The cleaning service is also available for mid-stay cleanings.

This is a pet friendly property. There is an additional 50 USD sanitation fee and also a 100 USD security deposit which is refundable after your check out when the cleaning company confirms everything is ok. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by building or our cleaning team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.
