An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just a few minutes (motorbike) away or a 12 minute walk. The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area, a swimming pool in front of the apartment and a third pool on the other side of the building.

The fully air conditioned duplex is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
You will enjoy the well equipped kitchen that has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle. There is a washing machine in the apartment too, which is convenient for longer stays.
Lounge area offers a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with cable channels.
On the upper floor at the loft there is a sofa bed and another TV. A second bathroom with shower is shared and located on the main floor.
This unit has a spacious outdoor patio with furniture and sunbeds which is perfect for entertaining outside.
There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building with sun beds, a gym with AC and a view. Free WiFi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online or streaming as it might not be reliable enough.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 1200baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
