Child Policy : Children up to 8 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge. One child over 8 but less than 15 years can stay in the parent's room. A child's bed is provided at additional charge of Rs. 1000 Plus Taxes For two children between 8 and 15 years an additional room is necessary. The rate of this room will be 25% Discount of the parent's applicable room rate. · If a child is above 15 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 15 years of age. No Smoking : The Government of India has introduced a 'No-Smoking' legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. 1. Please note, the hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs. 2. Any early Arrival / Late - Departure will be subject to availability and charged accordingly up to 25% of room charge till 04 pm. 50% of room charge till 06 pm. 100% of room charge after 6 pm, Any early departure would be liable to pay room night charges for the entire duration of stay. 3. Reservation will be held until 06 pm (Indian Standard time) on the day of arrival unless paid either by credit card, advance deposit. 4. All guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to 06 pm on the day of arrival will be subject to one night retention charge. 5. The travel agency voucher and payment must reach the hotel 30 days prior to arrival date. 6. No show guests will be charged retention fee for the number of nights reserved and confirmed. 7. Early departure will be charged fully, for example if booking is of 04 days and if you (Guest) check-out on the third day, full 04 days shall be charged.. 8. Extra Bed/ Extra Person in the room will be at INR 1000. 9. Hotel Reserves the right to deny entry of Arms & Ammunition inside the hotel premises. 10.
