Prior to Arrival

1. Proof of Vaccination: All travellers must produce proof of full vaccination. Only travellers who are under the age of 16 years will be exempt, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is vaccinated. Vaccinated minors below the age of 16 may travel unaccompanied, observing all international travel protocols.

The last injection the gives you fully vaccinated status must have been given at least 14 days prior to travel. Fiji COVID-19 recognised vaccines include AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, Nuvaxovid, CoronaVac (Sinovac), Covishield, BBIBP- CorV (Sinopharm), COVAX in and Sputnik V.

2. Pre-Paid Rapid Test in Fiji: After arrival in Fiji, you will need to take the rapid test within 24 - 72 hours. THIS TEST MUST BE PREPAID frORE YOU FLY TO FIJI (all travellers 12 years and above). You will need to show this pre-payment before you board your flight. Please use the below link to book and pay for the test.

3. Travellers should have medical travel insurance, with international coverage that covers COVID-19 before travelling.

When in Fiji

1. Your Prepaid Rapid test will be conducted within 24 -72 hours after arrival at the hotel. The swab will be done by trained professionals and certified health professionals affiliated to the hotel. In the case of a positive test result, national guidelines will determine further testing and 7-day isolation.



2. You may need another RAPID TEST before departure depending on your country requirements, come and see us at the reception and we will work with you to arrange one.



3. All national public health measures applied by the Fijian Government, including face masks (optional) will apply.

  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?
    Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupation status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and on the establishment whether it is organized to offer it or not. Check well before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?
    Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the structure and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the hotel which will answer you directly. In this decision making process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, to then be charged directly at the same time the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours).   • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorised?

  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your reservation. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the reservation.
