First of all you need to have a dream and then meet Mr Giancarlo of the Merizzi-Clement family in Tirano, who decides to renovate his parents’ ancient courtyard and convert it into a cutting-edge green Bed&Breakfast. From there on, that dream grows rich in environmentally-friendly choicessuch as district heating, stone walls, the Valtellina Breakfast, an organic vegetable garden, home composting, totally plastic-free and the Eco Bike Room. Eco Suite with Mountain View
Our 3 Eco Suite are all different each other: the Eco Suite 104, on the first floor, offers you 2 completely wooden rooms; the Eco Suite 206 welcomes you on the second floor with independent entrance, a comfortable living room with the sofa bed, the bedroom and a third room on the roof, all overlooking the Curt’s garden; the Eco Suite 306, on the third floor, is an open space with large windows that give you a spectacular view of the garden and the castle.

Stua di Clement
This is the most traditional room of the Hotel. It is completely covered in wood. The noun “Stua” means exactly that and it reproduces the typical Valtellinese atmosphere of the early 1800s with a contemporary touch.

Situated on the third floor, this one-of-a-kind attic room joins the beauty of wood paneling with the elegance of a modern 10-sm bathroom with panoramic view on the town of Tirano.

- Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupation status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. The advice, to see the prices, is to enter the dates of your stay and make your own comparisons.
- Is breakfast always included?No, it depends on the rate and on the establishment whether it is organized to offer it or not. Check well before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
- Can I make special requests?Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the structure and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the hotel which will answer you directly. In this decision making process MeTour is not responsible.
- What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
- What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, to then be charged directly at the same time the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours).
