General Cancellation Policy : • Reservations canceled fifteen (15) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge. • Reservations canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge. • Reservations canceled seven (7) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge. • If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancel able or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested. Cancellation Policy For The Highseason And Holiday : • High Season, Long Weekends, Christmas, New Year and other dates decided by the hotel. • Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge. • Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge. • Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge. • There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid, it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties. Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation & will be governed by the Cancellation Policy Refund Policy: • Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra. • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund. • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer. • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days. • Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
