The dining area accommodates seats up to 6 guests around the circular glass dining table. This area will be perfect for larger meals like a group breakfast or your evening sit-down dinners!

Full Bathroom 1: Located in the primary bedroom, all bathroom essentials are provided as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with lotion dispensers filled with vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on the edge of the Sierra Nevada in nearby Roseville, the Miner’s Ravine Bike and Walking Trail is the perfect place to get some exercise. Enjoy the fresh air and see beautiful views and diverse animal and plant species.
The trail is 8.4 miles long return. It can be accessed year-round and dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. Along the way, you may spot some wildlife; 50 different species of animals make their home in the area.
Birdwatching is also popular along the trail. There are about 200 species of birds, some native and some just passing through on their migratory journey.
Getting Around:
There is parking in the private, attached & enclosed garage of the home for 2 Vehicles. There is also additional free parking on the street in front of the home. No parking pass required.

- Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupation status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. - Is breakfast always included?No, it depends on the rate and on the establishment whether it is organized to offer it or not. Check well before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.

- What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. - What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment.
