This stunning property located in the Las Olas area consists of 6 beds and 8 baths. This home was custom built with beautiful detailing and excellent craftsmanship throughout the whole estate. The breathtaking views of the water can be seen from every room. The master wing, which includes two separate bathrooms, is spacious and comfortable. The property includes its own captain's quarters which is located on the ground floor. Many of the rooms open to both loggias and balconies, which showcase a stunning view of the river and surrounding property. The fabulous living and family room are large enough to accommodate any gathering. Enjoy a morning swim in the pool while experiencing the gorgeous views of the canal. This home is the perfect all-inclusive vacation experience: a bar and wine cellar, elevator, a luxurious movie theater room, a personal chef’s kitchen, and a pristine guest suite on the ground floor. The dock comes with 150 feet of water frontage to accommodate up to a 130-foot vessel with ease of access. We have a temporary fence that can be put up around the pool at your request. The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County law, there is no street parking while using a vacation rental. Additionally, there is a noise ordinance in effect. After 10pm each night there is absolutely no loud noise outside permitted.
Getting Around:
If you need a vehicle rental while you’re in town, we can offer you a beautiful 2021 Range Rover Westminster in Portofino Blue! The vehicle is pristine and beautiful, and we offer fantastic specials on rentals. We can leave it at the rental home ready to go for you.
