A former Georgian worker’s cottage, this stunning house has been newly renovated to its former glory. Providing a luxurious and stylish abode set across four floors, the house has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is located just a 10-minute walk away from central Islington and the tube. The property comes with a south-facing garden to the rear as well as a sun terrace on the first floor.

The Space:
The front door leads to the upper ground floor of the house, which is occupied by the stairwell and large living room. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, smart TV with Netflix & terrestrial channels. At either end of the living room, large sash windows flood the space with natural light, exposing the lovely warm colour of the wooden flooring.
The lower ground floor boasts an enormous kitchen/dining area. The bespoke kitchen units have been cleverly crafted to the unique space, making full use of the room with all the units along a single run. The large south facing garden area is situated to the rear, accessed via the double doors in the kitchen area the space is ideal for al-fresco dining in the summer. The shared bathroom can also be found on the lower ground floor.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are situated on the first floor of the property and are each equipped with comfortable double beds designed by the owner of the house. Bedroom 1 has a stylish ensuite bathroom attached. The master bedroom occupies the entirety of the second floor/loft. Enter through the bespoke, made to fit glass door and you find a warm, contemporary master suite featuring a large bathtub/shower and comfortable king size bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the property.

Someone will meet and greet you at the property & show you around. We will leave you to yourself unless you need any help!

The Neighborhood:
Located close to central London and ten minutes’ walk from Highbury & Islington Underground station, you are ideally positioned with London’s main tourist sites, the City financial district and vibrant East London on all sides. Islington itself is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area with lots of cafés, shops & eateries! Our favourite dining spots in Exmouth Market and Camden Passage are just a very short ride away towards Angel/Clerkenwell!

Getting Around:
The apartment is located ten minutes from Highbury & Islington Underground Station, granting you access to the entire London underground network. There are various bus stops nearby should you need to travel in or out of the city.

  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, to then be charged directly at the same time the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and the payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorised?
    Consulting the balance of your credit card you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your Credit Card circuit, you could also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "operation pending". The blocking of the pre-authorization, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of the reservation.
  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your reservation. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the reservation.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
