Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Harpers Lake, a beautiful country cottage hidden away in the peaceful village of St Florence with gorgeous views over the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside. Saundersfoot and Tenby are just a short drive away, both with their award winning beaches and picturesque harbours and the pretty village of St Florence itself boasts two cosy pubs and a village shop - all of which are just a short stroll from the cottage. 

Harper's Lake offers a peaceful holiday retreat with a well-equipped kitchen that features a central breakfast bar which is perfect for family living. The cosy log burner and lovely 'sun-trap' garden create the perfect place for a holiday at any time of the year!

The holiday cottage is approached via a large driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Entering into the spacious hallway, doors lead to all ground floor rooms and stairs lead up to the bedrooms. 

Lounge: Comfortable sofa seating for up to 8 people. French doors leading out to the peaceful enclosed garden. Cosy log burner. Smart TV with Freeview.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Gas hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher and microwave. Central breakfast bar with seating for 2. Dining area with seating for up to 6 people.

Utility Room: Fridge-Freezer and washer/drier. Door leads out to the enclosed garden with outdoor furniture.

Snug: Seating for up to 4 people. TV with Freeview. A perfect 'second lounge' for different generations of the family to enjoy!

Cloakroom: Toilet and wash hand basin.

Master Bedroom: Double bed. Ample storage facilities. Wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Adjoining cot room perfect for families with a child under 2. Door leads to the en-suite.

En-suite: Enclosed shower unit. Toilet and basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and ample storage. Window to the side captures the picturesque country views. 

Bedroom 3: Twin beds. Ample storage.

Bedroom 4: Bunk beds. Ample storage.

Family Bathroom: Bath, shower unit, toilet and basin.

Outside the enclosed garden offers outside seating for up to 8 people and backs onto open fields, creating a tranquil space to relax at the end of a day exploring the Pembrokeshire coast and country!  

The cottage further benefits from oil central heating, Wifi, gas BBQ and a shed to the rear of the cottage provides a secure place for bike storage.

Harpers Lake is well located for enjoying the best of Pembrokeshire attractions including the Dinosaur Park, Heatherton and Manor House Wildlife Park - all of which are within a 5 minute drive.

  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included?

  • What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, to then be charged directly at the same time the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and the payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorised?
    Consulting the balance of your credit card you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your Credit Card circuit, you could also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "operation pending". The blocking of the pre-authorization, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of the reservation.
  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your reservation. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the reservation.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
