Our property is located in the Puente Viejo community that is a short walk to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. The amenities include gated 24-hour security, secured parking, community oversized heated pool, clubhouse with TV and exercise equipment & small spa, and a tennis court.

The property sits directly across from La Fabrica La Aurora, one of the major attractions of San Miguel de Allende, the Cultural Center of Art and Design. Located in Colonia Guadalupe, you feel as if you were in a youthful, indomitable, free art center that explodes and overflows with motivation and all thanks to an initiative taken up by Graffiti World. Vibrant, surrounded by street murals, shops and cafes, this area is almost its own world within San Miguel. Yet you remain an easy short walk to the center and the famous Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel.

San Miguel's stunning architecture, colorful streets, and its enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. Getting Around:
Most importantly, everything in the center of the city is walkable in 20 minutes from Puente Viejo. But you also have a dedicated parking spot next to the home. And finally, there are taxis and Ubers available in the city available at less than $4 a ride.
Other Things to Note:
All Guests are required to sign our HOLT Rental Agreement and complete a Superhog property damage coverage portal with a valid ID, protecting both host and guests from any damage issues during your stay. The rental agreement includes general details of the reservation, terms and conditions, and the house rules that should be followed while being at the property. HOLT’s professional cleaning service follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance with the help of CDC’s guidelines and our in-house experts. The cleaning service is also available for mid-stay cleanings.
This is a pet friendly property. There is an additional 50 USD sanitation fee and also a 100 USD security deposit which is refundable after your check out when the cleaning company confirms everything is ok. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by building or our cleaning team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.

- Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupation status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. - Is breakfast always included?No, it depends on the rate and on the establishment whether it is organized to offer it or not. Check well before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
- Can I make special requests?Of course, when booking you will have a field where you can write directly to the structure and make your requests. These will be evaluated by the hotel which will answer you directly. In this decision making process MeTour is not responsible.
- What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. - What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation.
