Reglas generales del complejo Lomas del Real: Por favor, respete los horarios de check out, esto es importante para que podamos tener los departamentos preparados para usted y para los otros huéspedes. Para iniciar el check out, avise en recepción para que el personal de Lomas del Real lo acompañe a revisar el estado de entrega del departamento antes de retirarse. Descanso: Entre las 22 hs y las 8 hs del día siguiente se considera horario de descanso por lo que se solicita evitar ruidos molestos o actividad que pueda afectar la tranquilidad de los demás huéspedes. Menores: Los menores deben estar siempre acompañados de un adulto responsable dentro del complejo. Sustentabilidad: Haga un consumo responsable del agua evitando su desperdicio. Por favor, mantenga los aires acondicionados en 24°, apague las luces y los aires acondicionados al salir del departamento. Limpieza: La limpieza de los departamentos, el cambio de ropa de cama y toallas se realizan antes del check in y se repiten semanalmente, cada siete noches de estadía. El servicio no incluye lavado de vajilla por lo que se solicita dejarla en condiciones al retirarse de los departamentos, en caso contrario se aplicará un recargo de U$S 10. Por favor, cuide las instalaciones. Está prohibido modificar el orden de los muebles y objetos de los departamentos. No está permitido utilizar las toallas blancas para la piscina, hacerlo ocasiona una multa de U$S 50. Puede solicitar toallas para la pileta en recepción, las mismas tienen un costo adicional. Mascotas: Lomas del Real es Pet friendly, aceptamos mascotas bajo petición: Se aceptan con un costo extra. Las mismas no pueden estar libres en el parque ni quedarse solas en los apartamentos. Cualquier molestia ocasionada a otros huéspedes así como también el no cumplimiento de las normas antes citadas tendrá como penalidad la suma de U$S 100 sin excepción, además de los costos de cualquier rotura o daño ocasionado en el apartamento o en el complejo. Seguridad: Solicitamos dejar puertas y ventanas bien cerradas al salir de los departamentos para evitar extravíos, hurtos o faltantes. Si utiliza la parrilla, apague el fuego correctamente y lleve las brasas contra el fondo para evitar su diseminación. Fumadores: No está permitido fumar dentro de los departamentos ni en lugares comunes cerrados. Puede hacerlo al aire libre, siempre que retire las colillas, se asegure de que no quede nada que pueda provocar un incendio y no moleste a otros huéspedes.El establecimiento se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia.

CONDICIONES DE LA TARIFA
La tarifa es No Reembolsable, no admite cancelación. Forma de pago: la tarifa seleccionada es pre paga 100 % al momento de reservar, se puede abonar el total de la estadía con tarjeta de crédito o pago por transferencia bancaria. En caso de No Show, no se reintegra el pago realizado. Se puede optar por cambio de fecha de la estadía, adaptando la tarifa a la nueva fecha elegida, siempre que haya disponibilidad, y con aviso previo solicitando el cambio con un máximo de 48 horas antes del check in, pasado ese tiempo no se podrá realizar ningún cambio. El valor de la tarifa es por apartamento, independientemente de la cantidad de huéspedes. La tarifa no incluye impuestos para los residentes uruguayos, del 16 de Noviembre al 30 de abril es fiscalmente el período de alta temporada en Uruguay; en consecuencia los servicios relacionados con el hospedaje estarán gravados por IVA a la tasa mínima (10%) para todas aquellas personas físicas residentes en Uruguay, según lo dispone el Dec. 267/001. Entre el 1 de mayo y el 15 de noviembre, los residentes uruguayos no abonan impuestos sobre el hospedaje. Los extranjeros no residentes en Uruguay, no pagan impuestos sobre el valor del hospedaje durante todo el año.
