The Space:
Uniquley set across two floors, the entrance leads to on the first floor where you will find the kitchen/living area, bedrooms 1,2 & 3 as well as a small private office and cloakroom.
The open plan kitchen/living area to the south creates a sociable space for the group, be it enjoying a large home cooked meal or socialising in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals during your stay and has ample hip-height storage cupboards as well as a large island/breakfast bar. The living area features a large U-shape sofa and flat screen TV with Netflix, and the dining table can be extended to accommodate 12 should you invite guests for a dinner party. The large glass sliding doors extend out onto a balcony area attached to the living room where you can enjoy views to the east of the famous Solsbury Hill. In the evening you can also close of all of the electric blinds in the living area and create a cosy blackout room and retire away to the sofa after a long day of walking and watch a film.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 are tucked away at the back of the property and are each equipped with comfortable king size beds and have en suite bathrooms attached, whilst bedroom 3 is a twin room with two single beds. Head downstairs and you will find bedroom 4 which is a king room and bedroom 5 which also has twin singles, as well as the main shared bathroom with a large bathtub/shower and his and hers sinks.
Outside there is a grassed garden area surrounding the building where children and pets can play supervised. There is parking for multiple cars and the property can be locked off using the gate.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the whole propertyand there are a couple of sets of keys to let you come and go as you please. You will be greeted on the day by our lovely housekeeper Mary, who lives a few minutes drive away.

The city centre is a short drive away where you can park and enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions on offer. There are various nice walks directly from the front door allowing you access to enjoy the surrounding fields and hills.

- Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?Prices vary based on various factors which may be seasonal, day of the week, occupation status of the hotel, promotions, particular fairs in the city and more. - What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. - What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation.
