The recently constructed Villa Il Grotto with beautiful exposed stone walls and quality materials aims to offer the utmost relaxation, wellness and comfort. For the disabled there is an interior elevator allowing access to all floors. The villa (250 m²) offers 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people:
- The ground floor features a central living room with couches and TV and a spacious modern kitchen with dining table. Next to the living room sliding doors lead into the first bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The interior elevator or the external stairs give access to the first and lower floor.
- The first floor has a central sitting room with balcony and two bedrooms, each with double bed and single sofa bed. Bathroom with shower.
- The lower wellness floor is composed of a sauna room, bathroom with shower, massage room with adjacent a bathroom for the disabled, Jacuzzi room with fitness equipment (bike and treadmill).

The outdoor (1500 m²) is interestingly designed as a roman atrium featuring covered terraces with columns on each side and a central courtyard. Boasting couches, deckchairs, table, barbecue and an above-ground swimming pool it is the ideal spot to relax, chit chat, and dine outside in the warm summer evenings.

The villa is situated near Intra Verbania (1,5 km), a lively town with many shops, bars, restaurants and a weekend market. You can stroll along the beautiful lakefront promenade, hop on one of the many ferries to discover the secrets and wonders of Lake Maggiore. In the nearby mountain valleys a range of leisure activities and sports (hiking, mountain biking) are offered.

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 500 euro

- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only): 50 euro per animal per week (maximum two animals)
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

  • Are the prices always the same even if the date changes?

  • Is breakfast always included?
    No, it depends on the rate and on the establishment whether it is organized to offer it or not. Check well before booking what is included and what is not and what type of service is offered.
  • Can I make special requests?

  • What types of beds will I find in the room I have booked?
    The type of bed is usually specified in the room card. If you have special requests or needs, you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the hotel. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Pay in Structural and Payment Pre-Authorization?
    When you book, some establishments offer the possibility to pay directly at the establishment. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, but without any charge. The sum will be withdrawn from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your reservation. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, to then be charged directly at the same time the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and the payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorised?
    Consulting the balance of your credit card you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your reservation. In other cases and depending on the policy of your Credit Card circuit, you could also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "operation pending". The blocking of the pre-authorization, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of the reservation.
  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your reservation. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the reservation.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
