Youll enter the central entrance hall with original mural paintings from where you can access the bright living room with elegant antique furniture, sofas, desk and veranda-style sitting corner, a cosy TV room, a dining room with table seating 8 people, WC, laundry room, and a very charming kitchen which opens out to an outdoor garden terrace shaded by plane and palm trees with a garden table, barbecue and pizza oven.
- The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a panoramic terrace: one bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with tub, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, and bathroom with tub.
- On the lower ground floor youll find another comfortable living room and two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with tub and a separate entrance opening directly out into the garden.
The villa is located on a hill slope within a large private green park (8000 m²) with garden and lawn, several outdoor terraces, a swimming pool area with sun loungers and a pool chalet with fridge to keep the drinks cool!
